Community Health

We bring people together to provide compassionate care, promote health improvement, and create healthy communities. We extend the Catholic health care ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, by continually improving the health and quality of life of people in the communities we serve.

Programs include:

House Calls

House Calls provides primary medical care to frail elders in their home. Eligible seniors include those who have limited access to care due to impaired mobility, cognitive impairment with a medical condition, limited financial resources, lack of health insurance or under-insured. We are like a “doctor’s office on wheels” making old fashioned house calls. Please call to find out if you or someone you know is eligible for House Calls.
