• At the light, make a LEFT onto Third Street.
• Continue straight on Third Street .
• Cross over Brookwood Avenue - Third Street turns into Montgomery Drive.
• Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital’s main campus is located at 1165 Montgomery Drive.

From Hwy 12 Napa/Sonoma :

• Take Highway 12 West to Farmer's Lane.
• Turn LEFT at Farmer's Lane.
• Turn RIGHT at Montgomery Drive
• Follow for approximately 3/4 mile.
• Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital’s main campus is located at 1165 Montgomery Drive.
