St. Joseph Urgent Care

St. Joseph Urgent Care is open daily and is ready to care for all minor illnesses and injuries that require timely attention but may not be serious enough for the Emergency Room. Here, at centrally located Urgent Cares in Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa and Windsor, you can receive treatment that is generally more affordable with wait times that are usually shorter than an ER visit. No appointment is needed.

Which to Use - ER or Urgent Care?

The Urgent Care’s medical team can care for conditions or needs including:

  • Broken bones
  • Sprains
  • Ear infections
  • Sinus infections and sore throats
  • Colds and flu symptoms
  • Allergic reactions
  • Mild asthma
  • Fever or rash
  • Animal bites
  • Minor cuts and burns
  • Work-related injuries
  • Digital X-rays

Don’t take chances with any condition that may be more serious or life-threatening. If you or a loved one experiences symptoms of a heart attack, stroke, head injury, severe pain or bleeding, for example, go directly to the nearest hospital Emergency Room. The ER is better equipped to care for you in the event of:

  • Heart attack
  • Stroke
  • Severe, sudden pain
  • Severe bleeding
  • Head injuries and other traumatic injuries
  • Loss of consciousness/passing out
  • Severe trouble breathing
  • Chest pain
  • Sudden eyesight problems
    (blurriness or loss of vision)

St. Joseph Urgent Care Centers can help when you are unable to obtain a timely appointment with your primary care physician, or you do not have a primary care physician and your injury or illness is not life-threatening.

Patients are seen on a walk-in basis which means that wait times are usually shorter than an emergency department visit. No appointment is necessary and our hours of operation are especially convenient. First-come, first-served. Seven days a week.

Fees may be higher than a visit to your primary care physician, but far more economical than a visit to the emergency department. St. Joseph Urgent Care Centers accept Visa, MasterCard, personal check, cash, and most insurance.
