The Life Learning Center (LLC) is a unique education department for SJHS-SC employees, volunteers and the community.  Classes are developed to support you in mind, body and spirit, while also encouraging professional and personal development.  A wide range of classes are offered, including:

• Health & Wellness (Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Nutrition, Meditation, Healthy Cooking).
• Lifestyle Classes (Financial Planning, Gardening, Expressive Arts).
• Professional Development (Feedback Skills, Listening Skills, Dealing with Difficult Behavior, Project Management, Presenting with Confidence).

Life Learning Center is located at 1144 Montgomery Drive, Santa Rosa (directly across the street from Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital).
