week by participating in physical activity of their choice, with an emphasis
on walking. Get your minutes of physical activity however you enjoy them

FREE by registering for the printable tracker and weekly challenge e-newsletter
-or- register for your
personal online tracking portal with weekly nutrition tips and local discounts. Sync your favorite device
or app for easy tracking. Team up or participate individually to track
your progress, set goals, and create healthy habits. Log at least
150 minutes of exercise per week to be entered to win a
