The iWALK Challenge June 20 - August 12 (Registration opens May 25th)

This summer enjoy the great outdoors with the iWALK Challenge which encourages participants get at least 150 minutes of exercise per week by participating in physical activity of their choice, with an emphasis on walking. Get your minutes of physical activity however you enjoy them iWALK. iRUN. iBIKE. iHIKE. iSWIM. iDANCE. iPLAY. Search this website for local walking resources including maps, toolkits, employer resources and healthy events.

Participate for FREE by registering for the printable tracker and weekly challenge e-newsletter -or- register for your personal online tracking portal with weekly nutrition tips and local discounts. Sync your favorite device or app for easy tracking. Team up or participate individually to track your progress, set goals, and create healthy habits. Log at least 150 minutes of exercise per week to be entered to win a FitBit or a $25 Gift Card courtesy of Western Health Advantage.
