Questions answered politely and completely. I was treated very well.
    Easy to follow appointment directions
On a prior visit, Stephanie noticed that it had been 5 years since I have been using a CPAP and she put in a prescription for a new machine with Apria for me. This visit was a check in to read the data and confirm that I have used the machine daily per Medicare guidelines and that the various settings were working for me.
I was told I have thick blood and had never heard of that before, and now low oxygen.
