*Dr. V. discussed thoroughly my medication questions.
    22-Jul-2018
Medication S/B written out on paper for patient/*Dr. V is med educated but has the tendency to "bully" patient with threats @ medications & results of not cooperating with known side effects (...) his answer was do you want to wear diapers & be in a wheelchair (needs to explain meds & them side effects & alternatives).

Met Dr. V in the emergency room due to a heart attack almost 10 years ago. Have been with him since. Would NOT consider anyone else. Travel 70 miles one way to see him & keep him as my cardiologist.
