This staff is always pleasant, respectful, and works to listen to my concerns.

I felt the providers choice of words was slightly insulting and that he had ideas of care that had no bearing on todays circumstances. I was uncomfortable being invited into the sleep study bedroom and having him partially close the door, standing between me and the door. That was unnecessary, and felt a little creepy.

I was referred to this clinic for a sleep consultation and an overnight sleep study. I was absolutely happy with the respectful, good listener, informative, thorough consultation and helpful consultation and the same quality of experience during the overnight sleep study portion. I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I received. in the last few months I've been referred to a couple of specialists. My experiences with them was soooooo HORRIBLE that I was absolutely THRILLED with ALL encounters I had at the St. Joseph clinic. They all were respectful, kind, helpful, thorough, relaxed, had studied my case before I arrived so were very prepared. Dr Akroyd identified some of the medications I am taking as possible causes of the troublesome physically extreme dream enactment that I suffer with. I look forward to receiving the results of my sleep test as I imagine it will be helpful, informative and clear like all the interactions I've had there so far.THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for giving me the kind of care we all deserve! Blessings and gratitude
