Nurse *NAME* was very helpful and made me feel like I was able to get the help I needed. Although the medical assistant who prepped me for nurse *NAME* gave me a flu test and it hurt a lot. I would not suggest that test to anyone. I came in with a head cold and she caused my nose to bleed by shoving the q-tip so far up my nose. I don't feel this was necessary.
