I try to book my appointments with Dr Kaiser as early in the day as possible, because he always takes as much time as needed with his patients so tends to run overtime and waiting for him can take a while later and n the day, what makes for a long wait! But I really appreciate him taking the same time with me!

I have had nothing but the best care from this office, starting with the chech-in personnel to the doctors.

Dr Keiser listened to my concerns about pains I had been having, checked me over, and ordered a Cat Scan which showed I had some heart issues. Involved a cardiologist which diagnosed my contain.

Provider was prepared to discuss all aspects of my condition and was able to suggest ways to improve overall health

As always, Dr. Keiser and the entire oncology team have been caring, professional and always make me feel well taken care of.

This Doctor Keiser is an amazing Doctor, one who anyone with a blood disorder would want on his side. He is articulate, thoughtful, listens to all questions, explaining even if it is of no concern. Dr. K has the best "bedside manner" of any doctor I have ever seen. On each visit he has made me feel so comfortable and safe, even though the consequences of seeing him could have been and still can be very grave and devistating.

He listens, gives sound and sensible advice. He looks you in the eyes when communicating with you. He uses layman terms and/ or explains medical terms. I feel he genuinely cares from the first time I saw him. He was late due to a pretty ill patient, was interrupted a few times, but didn't have his hand on the door knob to leave my appointment. Dr. Keiser is a warm, very knowledgeable MD specialist who listens carefully, even has a great sense of humor. He explains things well and even if we feel we are interrupting him, he stops and reminds us that this a discussion. We are encouraged to ask any and all questions. I don't think we could have a better Hematology/oncologist on my case! Hope he doesn't retire any time soon!!!

Waited approximately 45 minutes to be seen. Time spent with doctor, 10 minutes. I spent the last 5 minutes in the Scheduling office scheduling next year's appointment. All-in-alI I was out of their office in an hour. Great doctor, extremely busy practice.
