I felt validated , my concerns were specifically addressed , I was given as much time as I needed, I was seen without any wait time . Very satisfied.

Dr Lai was very nice, and answered some of the questions I needed answered. I'm not sure I understand why I needed to come in for an in-person visit during the pandemic since I could not be tested for what needed to be tested. I appreciate the assurance that things look okay, but I'm disappointed I don't know the cause of my symptoms and that it could not be tested at the facility.

It was my first visit to St. Joseph Health Medical Group and I had a good visit. Dr. Lai was very nice and understandable. She spoke to my guest and me in words we could understand. Making it so much easier to comprehend.

Provider was very in tune to my needs, questions etc. Provider listened and answered my questions of concern. Provider cared. New to office/getting a "feel" for it presently, presently.

The provider was good. It took me a long time to get the appointment and the next isn't for another two months. I am frustrated that I have been dealing with these symptoms for over a year and no one can figure out why. It takes too long to see specialists and in the meantime I am suffering.
