Anne Wadham, PA-C is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant who returned to Humboldt County in 2014 working in Women’s Health and End Stage Nephrology. She has worked as a Physician Assistant for 28 years and specialized in Women’s Health for 24 years.
Originally a Humboldt State Art student, she transferred to UC Santa Cruz to pursue a Biology degree. During an internship at Santa Cruz Community Health Center, she made the decision to become a PA. She graduated from the School of Medicine, Department of Family Practice, University of California, Davis, Primary Care Physician Assistant Program in 1991. In 1992, she joined Camellia Women’s Health in Sacramento, California, specializing in Women’s Health. Upon her return to Humboldt County in 2014 she joined Pacific OB/GYN and Midwifery Center and later worked several years a Redwood Renal.
Anne is overjoyed to return to Women’s Health at St. Joseph Health Medical Group OB/GYN and rejoin past colleagues from Pacific OB/GYN. Her special interests include, family planning, breast feeding, prenatal education, infertility, multi-cultural and preventative medicine.
She is currently raising 11 year old twins. Together they enjoy gardening, biking, beach combing and hiking. Returning to Humboldt County to raise her family and working for St. Joseph Health Medical Group OB/GYN is a dream come true!
